Delivery Timeframes:
- Home filter kits and Dynamic Filters - shipping is estimated at 3-5 days.
- Commercial Filter Kits - shipping timeframe is estimated at 2-3 weeks.
- Home Smoke Eater (Smoke Stomper) - shipping is estimated at 3-10 days.
- Commercial Smoke Eaters - shipping estimate is 2-3 weeks.
Method of shipping:
Shipping is typically UPS for the home unit, filter kits and we use freight companies for the commercial machines.
Free Shipping on Everything!
We provide free shipping within the continental United States. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or another country, please contact us to find out your shipping costs.
We ship via either FedEx or UPS Ground service for most products. Our large commercial units will ship via Freight.
Note to Commercial Customers:
Commercial units must ship to a business address. If you require our freight company to deliver to a residence, please call us. There may be a residential surcharge for freight shipment to a home. This only applies to our commercial smoke eaters. All other products ship via UPS or FedEx and residential shipping is no problem at all.
